Aloha from Hawaii! As post commander I want to thank you for visiting our website and hopefully it won't be the last time. The Horace Hickam VFW Post 970 membership is an active one with a history of being involved in our community and looking after our veterans. We feel that this is the best thing for us to do as a post and we choose to add the aloha spirit everywhere we can. Be it at our annual luau, while passing out Poppies or running our booth at the semi-annual Hawaii Historical Arms Association gun show, we are a visible reminder that veterans are working to maintain a great country and represent our military, our veterans and their families as well as working to improve our communities.
