Do you have a lot of written material to submit?

You will receive an automatic response that will give you instructions and an email address to make your text based submission.

We use this process for complex or large submissions to reduce the amount of frivolous submissions we receive.  Thank you for your understanding.

Graphic Image submissions.

You will receive an automatic response that will give you instructions and an email address to make your image based submission.

Graphic Image Submission Requirements Summary:
- Image format is .jpg or .gif
- Image is optimized for websites (minimized file size).
- Permission granted to reproduce and display submitted image.
- Byline information (Photographer, subjects and circa or date).
- If required, certify that the image subjects grant permission to display their likeness / image to the public.
- Each image submission will require a separate email with two attachments: 1) Image file 2) A text attachment that complies with the written requirements (Releases, credits and byline) the .txt attachment name will be the same as the image file name.
